BMSI’s successful installation at Paddington Square boosts ESG initiative
Following the success of a complete BMS / EMS installation at Paddington Square in central London, this iconic development now boasts a sustainable, inclusive workplace experience that’s laying the blueprint for hitting ESG targets.
BMSI’s involvement in the project involved the installation of a comprehensive building management system (BMS) and energy management system (EMS) to regulate and monitor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems within the Paddington Square development. Including the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as smart thermostats, occupancy sensors, and weather forecasting software – all designed to optimize energy usage and reduce carbon emissions.
BMSI was appointed to carry out the installation by long-standing customer, Mace, working closely with the team to design and install a customized solution that met customer needs and requirements. The system was successfully commissioned and integrated into the building's existing infrastructure, helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
"We are thrilled with the success of the installation at Paddington Square," said James Smith, Director at BMSI. "Our team worked tirelessly to deliver a tailored solution that not only meets the client's needs but also supports their sustainability goals. We are proud to have played a key role in improving the energy efficiency and environmental sustainability of this iconic building.
"The installation at Paddington Square is just one example of BMSI's commitment to providing innovative solutions that improve building performance and reduce carbon emissions.
