Full of commitment and drive, our Regional Administrators work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our business operations running smoothly.
To show our appreciation, exchange industry best practices and gather feedback on our processes, we recently hosted a special two-day event at our Sustain Energy and Training Centre in Daresbury.
It was a fantastic experience that allowed us to celebrate our administrators’ contributions, and encourage further connections across BMSI.
Sharing, Learning, and Growing Together
As we have offices across the UK, our Regional Administrators travelled from all corners of the country to join us for the event, and what an event it was! We were also delighted to be joined by our directors, finance team, and commercial team, which created a dynamic environment for knowledge sharing and cross-departmental collaboration.
We truly value our employees’ well-being and growth, so this event was structured in a way that allowed us to provide valuable learning experiences and also to gather essential feedback from our team.
We hosted a series of interactive workshops that allowed our administrators to share their tips for best practice, and discuss innovative solutions to everyday challenges. These were followed by business updates from key leaders to ensure that everyone was aligned with the company's strategic goals and recent achievements.
Recognising Our Team’s Hard Work
Of course, it wasn’t all work! We made sure to have plenty of time for our team to connect, as we know that having strong professional relationships is what makes BMSI work so well.
The real highlight of the event was a celebratory meal to recognise our Regional Administrators’ hard work and dedication. These diligent team members are the backbone of our operations, the ones responsible for the smooth running of our offices and providing essential support to our teams.
