BMSI’s Q3 Managers Meeting 2024
We’re big believers in the fact that a strong, positive company culture is the foundation for success, which is why we dedicated our recent Q3 Regional Managers Meeting to the theme of "Culture in the Workplace."
Held at our North West Training Centre, the meeting brought together our entire Senior Leadership team for a day of learning, growth and celebration.

We had full attendance on the day, and the energy and engagement of the team was palpable. The day began with insightful presentations and interactive workshops led by our directors and senior management team.
We explored the necessary elements that create a thriving work environment, emphasising the importance of open communication where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and feedback. We discussed strategies for encouraging cross-departmental collaboration, recognising that teamwork is at the heart of our success.
We also delved into the significance of employee recognition and appreciation, highlighting how celebrating achievements and expressing gratitude for hard work contribute to a positive and motivating environment.

To further reinforce our commitment to a growth mindset, each attendee received a copy of Matthew Syed's acclaimed book, "Black Box Thinking." This insightful read encourages a culture of learning from mistakes and using setbacks as opportunities for improvement.

Celebrating Success
Of course, no BMSI gathering would be complete without a bit of celebration! We took the opportunity to mark Aviation Regional Manager Gary Rackham's birthday.
The day ended with a private dining experience and drinks, providing the perfect setting for relaxed conversation and team bonding.
