BMSI make good progress on major upgrade of 30 South Colonnade in Canary Wharf
BMSI continue to deliver while working on the 30 South Colonnade project alongside Skanska and MEP consulting engineers, Hilson Moran.
Due to completion in late 2022, BMSI is supporting Skanksa on this project with the installation of a bespoke BMS and EMS package. This large-scale, innovative upgrade includes the provision of 26 new control panels, 900 FCU controllers and a new front-end supervisor. The impressive 11-storey commercial office development, set in the heart of Canary Wharf, is now nearing completion.
Work on South Colonnade follows an extensive and impressive portfolio of projects completed by the BMSI team, including 80 Fenchurch Street, York Street and 40 Spring Gardens.
