BMSI deliver bespoke energy management that drives ESG success at 11 York Street
Following the delivery of the new site at 11 York Street, the BMSI Energy Management Team and BeMS Bureau have been working both remotely and onsite to reduce energy and carbon output.
Completed in October 2021 as a premium central office development by Aviva Investors, 11 York Street combines timeless and intelligent design with highly efficient floor plates and versatile communal spaces.
The BMSI team have carried out work across many varied aspects of the building HVAC plant. This has resulted in time schedules being tightened multiple times to ensure continued reductions. Strategy and temperature control in HWS, AHUs and FCUs have also consistently been made more efficient and effective.
Head of Energy Management at BMSI, Paul Keigher commented:
“11 York Street is leading the way in delivering a world-class ESG occupier experience. With well-being at the heart of this development’s design, BMSI’s Energy Management team is well-placed when it comes to ensuring energy and carbon reductions are at an optimum level. Plus, with BMSI’s MedicEnergy [link to Medic page] platform receiving alarms and producing reports in real-time – issues are identified and rectified with ease and speed, ensuring little disruption.”
