BMSI assessed the Royal Grammar School Newcastle’s energy usage, identifying inefficiencies in BMS scheduling. After reprogramming schedules, they achieved a 20kW baseload reduction, saving £41,000 annually (3.5% energy reduction). This proof of concept justified further investment in BMS networking and remote monitoring for improved energy management across the campus.
