BMSI’s Wales and South West Regional Support Meeting

At BMSI, we firmly believe that a strong and connected team is the foundation of our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients. That’s why we were thrilled to bring together our Wales and South West Regional Support team for a day of collaboration, learning, and team building in Bristol back in November.

Sharing Knowledge and Inspiration

The day started with a series of insightful presentations from our leadership team. Keith Bankier, our Support Director, provided a comprehensive company update, outlining BMSI's strategic goals and celebrating our recent achievements. Richard Macpherson, Regional Manager, then reviewed the team's performance, highlighting successes and identifying areas for continued growth.

To keep everyone informed and aligned with all of the company's goings-on, Kara McCabe, our Talent Development and Acquisition Manager shared an essential HR and Communications update, covering key policies and initiatives. Finally, Steven Culshaw our Sustain Energy Centre Manager shared more about our newly branded Sustain Energy Platform, emphasising its important role in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

We were also very pleased to be joined by our valued partners from Distech Controls and Schneider Electric, who shared their insights into industry trends and technological advancements that will benefit us in 2025 and beyond.

Celebrating our Successes

Beyond the informative presentations, our Regional Support Meeting also provided plenty of opportunities for the team to connect in a more relaxed way. We value team collaboration and development, so it was fantastic to see the buzzing atmosphere as colleagues engaged in lively discussions, sharing experiences and best practices.

As we love to “work hard, play hard”, the team then headed out for an evening of well-deserved fun. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks, as well as a bit of friendly competition with axe-throwing. Huge congratulations to our champion, Richard Turner!
