Big Win for BMSI Major Projects at One Crown Place!
The BMSI major projects team have been awarded the contract for the Shell & Core BMS of One Crown Place.
The premium site, which comprises existing period buildings, with two new residential towers offering 246 apartments, features 15,500sqm of high-quality office space and a variety of retail space at ground level. Additionally, the boutique hotel and members’ club occupy the elegant row of Georgian terraces on Sun Street, making the prestigious location a striking mixed-used development in the heart of the capital city.
Securing the contract for One Crown Place has been an especially important win for the Major Projects team at BMSI, as Director James Smith explains:
“This is a long-awaited success for BMSI and one we’re proud to shout about. The tender process for this project began with MACE MEP back in August 2017 was only concluded in early 2019 with MJL appointing BMSI for the £1.2M contract. The scope of work on the entire project will take us through three Christmases together, and by working alongside Mace we’re confident of delivering on yet another high-profile contract, plus welcoming many more projects of this scale in its wake.”
